✈️ We are hiring our future Methods Technician (M/F) to support the industrialization of new aerospace parts and manage high-value technical projects. But beyond the position itself, we offer a human adventure.
🎯 Responsibilities
As a Methods Technician, you will be at the heart of industrial performance:
📄 Technical Documentation & Production
- Develop and update manufacturing procedures
- Write work instructions and technical files
- Provide and monitor documentation in the workshop
- Support teams in adopting and applying methods
⚙️ Industrialization & Processes
- Define production means (tools, assemblies)
- Assist in the setup and validation of initial parts
- Monitor and optimize production times
- Ensure aerospace requirements are integrated (traceability, compliance)
📈 Continuous Improvement & Performance
- Analyze non-conformities with the quality department
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in Lean, 5S, and FMEA process initiatives
- Optimize costs, workflows, and cycle times
🤝 Technical Support
- Provide support to production, quality, engineering, and commercial teams
- Contribute to workplace ergonomics and organization
- Participate in capability tests and process improvements
👤 Profile
- Bac+2 (Associate degree) in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Production / Manufacturing
- Experience in industrial methods or production
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in metallurgy
- Proficient with IT tools and ERP systems
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of quality standards and requirements (aerospace knowledge appreciated)
- Key skills: rigor, organization, analytical thinking, teamwork, responsiveness
