Schligler a specialist in precision sheet-metal works

Installed since 150 years at Valentigney in Doubs in France, in the middle of a great industrial area, Schligler has an expertise in a whole range of metal-sheet technologies for the manufacture of precision mechanical parts for diverse sectors- aeronautics, automobile, electrical engineering and medical.

Since long we are proposing a tested know-how in an original operational set up: complete integration in our workshops of all the necessary trades for the production of complex and technical products.

Our philosophy is based on an active listening and the accompaniment of our customers throughout the manufacturing process of their products- from designing to production up to the optimization of their logistics in an overall control of the quality system.

Our manufacturing process at Valentigney is installed on a surface area of 5,000 m2 and is able to accommodate a diversified machine stock to treat a small, medium and large batch until their:
  • 5 axe laser cutting benches
  • 5 axes manufacturing machines
  • Welding units
  • Cutting presses
  • Heating treatment ovens
  • Vibratory finishing range

Human capital for reactivity
Schligler has a workforce of 45 persons in an effective organization that ensures our customers a great responsiveness of our production capacities.

A protected site
Our production site responds to all the requirements of security related to the manufacture of sensitive parts within the framework of the development of new confidential products, in particular for the aeronautics and automobile markets.
